Shipping Policy

At LAMY, we strive to provide a seamless shopping experience for our valued customers. Please take a moment to review our shipping policy outlined below:

•    Shipping Method: All orders placed with LAMY are shipped insured via USPS Priority Mail.

•    Shipping Fee: A flat shipping fee of $8.25 applies to all orders, unless otherwise stated.

•    Free Shipping: Enjoy complimentary shipping on all orders totaling $75 or more.

•    Processing Time: Orders typically require a processing time of up to 48 hours before being shipped out. This allows us to carefully prepare and package your items for safe transit.

•    Shipping Destination: Currently, we only ship within the United States. However, LAMY has an online shop for almost all countries. Please contact Customer Service at customerservice@lamyinc.com and we will be happy to help you identify the web store that services your area.

•    Store Pickups: For customers in the New York area, who prefer to pick up their orders in person, we offer a convenient store pickup option at our NYC Flagship Store at 452 West Broadway, New York, NY. Please contact the Flagship at sohostore@lamyinc.com or call 646.998.4244 to place your order. Orders placed via email or phone for store pickup are typically available for collection the next business day.

•    Confirmation Email: Once your order is processed and ready for shipment or pickup, you will receive a confirmation email containing either your tracking information for shipped orders or notification that your order is ready for pickup at our store location.

Cancellation Policy

At LAMY, we understand that circumstances may arise that require changes to your order. Please review our cancellation policy below for guidance on managing your purchase:

•    Engravings as Final Sale: Orders with engravings are considered final sale and cannot be cancelled once the engraving process has begun. Please ensure all details are accurate before proceeding with your purchase.

•    Two-Hour Window for Changes: We provide a brief two-hour window following the checkout process during which you may request changes or cancel your order. This window allows for adjustments to be made to your order if necessary.

•    Post Two-Hour Window: After the two-hour window has elapsed, orders are considered final and cannot be cancelled. This includes orders with or without engravings. Once the order has entered processing, we are unable to make alterations or cancel the transaction.

•    Contacting Customer Service: If you need to make changes to or cancel your order within the two-hour window, please contact our NYC Flagship Store immediately. •    Exceptions: In certain rare circumstances, exceptions to our cancellation policy may be made at the discretion of LAMY's customer service team. Please reach out to us directly if you believe your situation warrants special consideration.

Return Policy 

At LAMY, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review our return policy below for guidance on returning items:

•    Eligibility for Returns: We accept returns or exchanges for purchases made in new, unused, and unaltered condition, and free of damages caused by the customer. However, fountain pens that have been inked and items that have been engraved or imprinted are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

•    Timeframe for Returns: Returns are accepted within 14 days of the original purchase date, provided that the item is accompanied by the original receipt. Items returned beyond this timeframe may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

•    Condition of Returned Items: Returned items must include all accessories and be in their original packaging to be eligible for a refund or exchange. Please include a dated copy of your receipt with your return. 

•    Non-Refundable Shipping Fees: Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable. Any shipping fees associated with the original purchase will be deducted from your refund.

•    Initiating a Return: If you need to return an item, please contact our NYC Flagship Store team at sohostore@lamyinc.com with your order number and details about the product you would like to return or visit our Flagship Store in SoHo New York. Our team will provide further instructions on how to proceed with the return process. Please note that shipping labels are not provided for returns unless the item received is damaged or incorrect.

•    Refund Timing: The refund process may take several business days to complete for orders returned via mail. This includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

•    Warranty: LAMY Shop products come with a three-year warranty against manufacturing defects. If you encounter any issues with your item within this warranty period, please contact our team for assistance. Please note the three-year warranty is valid only for products purchased from the eShop.
