Return and refund policy

At LAMY, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review our return policy below for guidance on returning items:

•    Eligibility for Returns: We accept returns or exchanges for purchases made in new, unused, and unaltered condition, and free of damages caused by the customer. However, fountain pens that have been inked and items that have been engraved or imprinted are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

•    Timeframe for Returns: Returns are accepted within 14 days of the original purchase date, provided that the item is accompanied by the original receipt. Items returned beyond this timeframe may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

•    Condition of Returned Items: Returned items must include all accessories and be in their original packaging to be eligible for a refund or exchange. Please include a dated copy of your receipt with your return. 

•    Non-Refundable Shipping Fees: Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable. Any shipping fees associated with the original purchase will be deducted from your refund.

•    Initiating a Return: If you need to return an item, please contact our NYC Flagship Store team at sohostore@lamyinc.com with your order number and details about the product you would like to return or visit our Flagship Store in SoHo New York. Our team will provide further instructions on how to proceed with the return process. Please note that shipping labels are not provided for returns unless the item received is damaged or incorrect.

•    Refund Timing: The refund process may take several business days to complete for orders returned via mail. This includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

•    Warranty: LAMY Shop products come with a three-year warranty against manufacturing defects. If you encounter any issues with your item within this warranty period, please contact our team for assistance. Please note the three-year warranty is valid only for products purchased from the eShop.
